Refund Policy

This policy explains your cancellation and refund rights when you buy full access to TMUABoost. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and does not affect your statutory rights.

1Your 14-day cancellation right

As full access is bought online (a distance contract), UK law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) normally gives you 14 days from purchase to cancel for any reason and receive a refund.

2Important: digital content and immediate access

Because full access is digital content delivered immediately, there is an exception. At checkout you are asked to consent to getting immediate access and to acknowledge that, by starting to use the paid content within the 14-day period, you lose your right to cancel and receive a refund for it.

In practice this means:

If you have not yet started using the paid content, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund.
Once you start using the paid content (having given the consent above), the statutory 14-day refund right no longer applies.

3Our goodwill approach

Beyond your legal rights, we want you to feel the purchase was fair. If you have used very little of the service and are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days and we will consider a refund at our discretion.

4If something is faulty or not as described

If the paid content is faulty, does not work, or is not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to a repair, replacement, or refund. This applies regardless of the cancellation rules above. Please contact us and we will put it right.

5How to request a refund

Email tmuaboost@gmail.com from your account email with your order reference. We will respond within 5 working days. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method, usually within 14 days, via our payment provider Stripe.
